Set up Vertical Guides in Photoshop or Illustrator thus:

Guide 1: 0
Guide 2: 0
Guide 3: 0
Guide 4: 0
Guide 5: 0
Guide 6: 0
Guide 7: 0
Guide 8: 0
Guide 9: 0
Guide 10: 0
Guide 11: 0

With your padding of 0, content would have to be no wider than:

1 Span Grid Div: 0px.
2 Span Grid Div: 0px.
3 Span Grid Div: 0px.
4 Span Grid Div: 0px.
5 Span Grid Div: 0px.
6 Span Grid Div: 0px.
7 Span Grid Div: 0px.
8 Span Grid Div: 0px.
9 Span Grid Div: 0px.
10 Span Grid Div: 0px.
11 Span Grid Div: 0px.
12 Span Grid Div: 0px.
When you have a padding of 0, you have to compensate for that when setting the width of the divs. Use the Table to the left to determine the width of each div with a padding of 0.

Use the table to the left to discover the width of graphics to be placed in divs with padding set to 0. For example, a graphic that has to span two columns would have to be 0 pixels wide. A graphic that has to span four columns would have to be 0 pixels, and so on.

Regard this as only a guide. Certain combinations of div widths may need a pixel or two adjustment due to rounding to the nearest pixel.

Each row must add up to 12 grids
